COD Mobile Season 14 has leaked | New Best Gun, and maybe a New Map?

by Yong Chi Winn 21/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Right around the corner is Call of Duty (COD) Mobile’s latest season, Season 14. What’s coming is potentially a new map, and what could be the best gun in COD Mobile. We say right around the corner, as there has been no official word on its release date. HOWEVER, we’ve done the math, and we’ve got a pretty good idea when it will be dropping.

COD Mobile Season 14

As Season 13’s Winter War draws to a close, there are many predictions thrown all over the internet. Some of which even suggesting a name change, with seasons being reset to 1 (Season 1). But we’re going to be referring to it as Season 14 for now. With the majority of the new seasons, expect new changes coming into the game.

  • Attack of the Undead Mode Returns
  • 3V3 Gunfight Mode
  • New Guns (We explain further below)
  • Bundles
  • Operator Skill – Gravity Vortex

New Guns

So they went ahead and teased to new guns on their official Twitter. And we have a clear picture of what these guns are. Can you guess them?

Source: zilliongamer.com

Here’s what they really are:

Source: talkesport.com
Source: talkesport.com

Best Gun coming to COD Mobile?

YMMV, but if you’ve been playing COD over the years, you’d probably used the FR 5.56 (aka COD’s rendition of the fan favourite FAMAS). The FR 5.56 fires a three round burst that will get you an instant kill if your aim is right. Just don’t miss the shot. Simple, yet a fan favourite, with some considering it the best. Don’t know about everyone else out there, but if you can’t tell, the writer loves his FAM-ASSES. (It’s a joke, calm down)

New Map?

Potentially. The game could be seeing a new map dropping as well. Set in an urban mall, surrounded by buildings, Rebirth may be familiar to some. It was in a public test built by Activision back in December.

Season 14 Release Date

In regards to Season 14’s drop date however, well… Season 13 ends on January 25th, so based on previous seasons, we have a feeling it’s going to be January 26th? This however is just a prediction, so best to wait and see as we edge closer to the next season.

To conclude today’s Call of Duty Mobile goodness, we can’t wait for the next season to drop. And if you’re like us, you’d be well stocked up right now. If you’re not, then head over to SEAGM right now, and get prepared. We’re in for a possible RESET – Season 1.

What is Rust and 6 Reasons People Have Fun Playing It Again

by Yong Chi Winn 20/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Rust is a survival-fps game that first came out as an early access title in 2013 followed by a full release in 2018. Rust is a sandbox-survival PVP game with high stakes and playing it can either bring you the “highest of highs or the lowest of lows” according to CerealOverdrive. Anyways, let’s take a look at why people are only recently picking up on Rust why it’s fun.

Why Are People Playing Rust… Again?

Despite being out for almost eight years, people are only now playing Rust. This is because a number of high-profile streamers banded together to play the game on their private server. Internet icons such as xQc, Myth, Pokimane, and Valkyrae among dozens of others attracted a substantially large viewership. Additionally, the game is giving out Twitch drops for viewers granting them free in-game cosmetics. What really propelled the viewership, exposure and popularity of the game, however, was the drama centering xQc.

Interested in playing Rust? If so, get cheap SEAGM rates on Steam Wallet for all regions with the affiliate link here.

xQc Versus The World

In terms of which incident exactly caused this drama, we will have to take a look at the game’s concept for context. Rust is an online PVP-survival-sandbox game that is traditionally played with the sole goal of survival in mind. Streamer group OfflineTV made a custom server where the players don’t attack each other and instead openly cooperate to survive.

Since they play cooperatively, OfflineTV’s custom server is very much unlike the typical brutal nature of Rust’s public servers. The drama stirred when xQc murdered fellow server members, breaking the rules set by OTV. The drama developed as xQc claims that the hate was one-sided and other members weren’t chastised as severely when they murdered him to raid his loot.

Drama Alone Didn’t Sell the Game

Much drama followed since then, from YouTuber Valkyrae abruptly ending her stream mid-game to Pokimane announcing her hiatus from the server. However, people wouldn’t start playing the game in hopes of replicating their internet idol’s lives alone.

Source: Facepunch DevBlog

Even before the popularity surge, Rust had a healthy playerbase of around 50,000 concurrent players daily. Here are a list of 5 more reasons people are still playing Rust, eight years later:

It Gets You High

Playing Rust is one of those experiences that’ll bring you exhilarating highs and diminutive lows. Rust is played on servers called “Wipes”, where everything from resources to terrain is freshly spawned. Every player starting on a Wipe has a singular goal in mind: survive.

You start with a single rock to mine resources, and slowly craft tools upgrade your repertoire to survive the brash environment of Rust and other players. The high comes from outwitting and outlasting other players that devote as much time and effort as you do to survive; if not destroying and raiding all of their hard-earned resources yourself first.

Like Substance Withdrawal, It’s More Addicting than Demotivating

Conversely, Rust can also bring you to the lowest of lows. There’s nothing more soul-crushing than having your dozens of hours of effort raided and destroyed by being outplayed by another player. Despite that, fans of the online-survival genre have found the consequences of Rust to be more addicting rather off-putting. Rust veterans reportedly put thousands of hours playing the game and even have the application installed on their phone to be notified if they’re being raided.

It Has A Steep Learning Curve

Rust doesn’t test your resource management and survivability skills. It also requires a lot of mechanical precision in handling its weapons. For instance, the bow is one of the early-game weapons that requires a lot of training to master.

is rust popular

Rust doesn’t utilize Hitscan to register hits on opponents. Instead it relies on a projectile collision system. Mastering the trajectory and timing of your arrow will require immense skill but also give you a greater advantage over players that opt to use the easier to master spear.

Additionally, there is a lot to learn in Rust, such as the recycling system, scrap economy system, crafting blueprints and base-building. It’s a game that negates casual nature and requires those interested to dedicate effort into learning the game.

It Allows You to be Creative

Learning the basics of Rust may be daunting, but it doesn’t stop there. Armed with your newfound knowledge, you can be very creative with everything. A frequently used phrase to describe Rust is “a hardcore, brutal version of Minecraft with Half-Naked People”, and there’s a lot you can compare it to. You can create creative traps to catch unsuspecting players like how Boxbox traps xQc in the clip below.

spent 3 hours making this death trap but every second was worth it pic.twitter.com/O9c81ShlgK

— BoxBox (@BoxBox) January 13, 2021

It’s Great With Friends

The main issue with playing Rust on the public servers is that you can never really trust anybody. There’s simply too much at stake. Your dozens of hours of effort into looting and farming hundred if not thousands of materials could just as easily be stolen by your longtime partner in a matter of mere seconds. Additionally, playing solo puts you at a disadvantage should other players have already formed alliances of their own.

That’s why playing Rust with your friends can be a much more pleasurable and appreciated experience. Teaming up with a friend makes it easier to deal with enemy threats and makes collecting and sharing resources a lesser burden. Not to mention, it is also somewhat a sense of relief that you know your partner(s) isn’t going to backstab you outside of comedic purposes.

And that concludes the list of reasons why people have started playing, if not are STILL playing Rust. Interested in starting? Get Rust on Steam with cheap Steam Wallet for all regions with SEAGM (affiliate link). The game is expected to come out on PlayStation and Xbox as well sometime this year as well. For more on Rust, stay tuned to SEAGM News as we have a beginner’s guide coming out soon!

Cyberpunk 2077 – NOW AVAILABLE ON SEAGM! Let’s talk about gameplay and PC requirements!

by Yong Chi Winn 15/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Ever Since its launch date back in December (and it’s DELAYS), Cyberpunk 2077 has been taking the internet BY STORM, mainly due to it’s gameplay and requirements. Both received good and bad reviews, which we’ll be highlighting below as well. By the way,it’s now available on SEAGM for a CHEAP price! More details below.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Gameplay and Requirements

Apart from Keanu Reeves surfacing the word “breathtaking” as a trending topic, we’re pretty sure by now everyones got a rough idea of what Cyberpunk 2077 is about. So we’re not going to be telling you what you already know. Instead, we’ll talk about the fuss that’s been surrounding the game. Starting with:

Gameplay

Being an open-world, action adventure FPS RPG, Cyberpunk 2077 includes a myriad of  features. Apart from blowing your opponents up (or through melee combat), gameplay pretty much involves anything from Weapons and crafting, to upgrading your Cyberware.

Driving is akin to GTA V, which means using your free vehicle (you get one early in the game), or stealing one. When you’re not driving around Night City, and doing a story mission instead, you’ll probably encounter it’s dialog tree designed conversation, as NPC’s reply to you based on your choice of words. Neat!

A pretty big part of Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay is the lifepath. Though it isn’t frivolous, it can however affect your social status. Which in turn changes YOUR story. And lastly, we can’t talk about Cyberpunk without touching on its skill tree (or attributes in other words).

Apart from the ability to customize one’s appearance, your character (V) gameplay in Cyberpunk 2077 is determined by Attributes. Attributes determine V’s characteristics, conversation options, and his/her proficiency at certain actions. There are five attributes in Cyberpunk 2077: Body, Intelligence, Reflexes, Technical Ability, and Cool. Each attribute governs specific skill trees hosted underneath it.

Overall, gameplay is decent, with a pretty engaging story. We do have to address the elephant in the room however, and that’s BUGS. The team behind the game did release a statement recently stating that they’re squashing these bugs, so guess we’re good there… IN TIME.

Moving onto:

Cyberpunk 2077 Requirements

While the game was pretty much a letdown on the PlayStation, it’s pretty gorgeous on PC! And if you’re looking for the best setting based on hardware you currently own, look no further:

The New Mobile Legends Hero, Paquito, Sounds Awfully Familiar

by Yong Chi Winn 13/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang will bring Paquito to the public server January 15. He is a fighter who is also known as the “Heavenly Fist” and sounds an awful lot like Manny Pacquiao, eight-time world division champion AND ambassador for Mobile Legends. This new MLBB Hero is fast, mobile, and damaging making him an aggressive in-your-face duelist. You can unlock this new hero immediate by purchasing MLBB Diamonds with SEAGM.

Now, let’s take a closer look at this new Hero.

The Lore of the mobile legend Paquito

First of all, the “Heavenly Fist” Paquito hails from a small village in Southwest Moniyan. He was soon trained by a mysterious nomad, where he honed great strength and ability to become a powerful and revered fighter. Unfortunately, his mentor fell to the temptations of corrupt power and greed. This eventually led to Paquito biting the hand that fed him and putting an end to his mentor’s corrupted reign.

The results of his training leads to him having powerful skills you can use in battle, such as:

Paquito Skills and Passives:

Passive: Champ Stance
Any damage Paquito deals to enemies grants him stacks. Four stacks grants him “Champ Stance”, and greatly increases his mobility and negates skill cooldown. It comes at a cost of his basic attack dealing only 85% damage.

First Skill: Heavy Left Punch
Paquito deals heavy physical damage in a specified direction. Landing the hit grants him a stackable shield for 2.5 seconds.

Second Skill: Jab
Paquito dashes forth and deals AoE physical damage. It passes through minions and stops upon reaching heroes or creeps. It has a short cooldown of only 4.5 seconds when maxed out and can be reduced further with items.

Ultimate: Knockout Strike
An AoE elbow blow that deals physical damage as well as knocks back opponents. Additionally, it is quickly followed up with a multi-hit physical damage haymaker that slows targets by 75% for 1 second.

mobile legends paquito

Paquito Champ Stance Buffs

Each skill has a buffed version of itself with Paquito’s “Champ Stance”, essentially granting stat bonuses. This makes Paquito a hero that will theoretically excel at outlasting duels and fights as well as deal crippling damage.

Are you interested in playing Paquito in Mobile Legends? Skip the grind and unlock him as fast as you can to outplay the competition! For more on Mobile Legends, check out SEAGM News!

Collaboration seems to be the path the Garena is taking with Free Fire, and the last time Garena Free Fire had a collaboration was with football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo. This time around, Garena Free Fire is bringing you One Punch Man!

**UPDATE 13th Jan 2021 – Free Fire X One Punch Man is NOW AVAILABLE!**

Garena’s next collaboration brings joy to manga and anime fans alike, with a Free Fire collaboration with One Punch Man. There has not been much that has been said about the collaboration yet, but we do have some juicy leaks that were scouring the internet since the announcement was officially made.

So, what do we know about this upcoming special so far?

Garena Free Fire X One Punch Man

Source: dotesports.com

Well for starters, it’s going to be a limited time crossover event which will feature playable in game content FROM One Punch Man. Which will also mean new time limited in-game items, collectibles, and One Punch Man goodies!

Garena is pretty tight lipped about the whole event so far. Only an announcement from producer Harold Teo:

“We’re excited to welcome one of Japan’s most iconic heroes into the Free Fire universe. We’re always looking to create novel, in-game content infused with influences from across the world and believe that our partnership with One-Punch Man will offer our global community of players even more opportunities to battle in style.”

– Harold Teo, Free Fire Producer at Garena

Wondering if you’ll be able to power through Free Fire with the abilities of One Punch Man’s very own Saitama? Well we can’t confirm anything for sure currently, but what we can touch on has already been leaked on the IOT.

Source: talkesport.com

We can’t confirm for sure if the above is an actual leak from the game. It could be a custom render done by fans. What we can confirm however, is this user clip posted on Reddit which features some Saitama Emotes. Some of you may be familiar with it:

Source: reddit.com

I don’t know about you guys, but we’re big fans of One Punch Man over here at SEAGM. Our video editor even looks like Saitama! If it’s one thing we’ve learned from Free Fire, is to get your Free Fire Diamonds from SEAGM earlier. Also, how many of you are excited for Garena’s Free Fire collaboration with One Punch Man?

Have you tried Conquer Online? The Boost Warrior Awakening Event is here!

by Yong Chi Winn 11/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

If you haven’t tried Conquer Online, now is the absolute BEST time to do so. Hot on the heels of another game under Netease’s heels, Eudemons Christmas Carnival Event, is Conquer Online – The Boost Warrior Awakening Event. We talk about what’s new, and also a special SEAGM discount on Hitpoints! Let’s check it out.

Conquer Online: The Boost Warrior Awakening Event

Netease has proven a pretty solid track record so far with a ton of updates being released for Eudemons Online. The same applies for Conquer Online with The Boost Warrior Awakening Event.

As the story goes, Demons receive news of the Warlords awakening, and start to attack Remote City. They rely on Splendor Stones for energy, so it’s up to you to collect as many as possible. Also, rewards await those who grant their assistance.

There are two main things to be on a lookout for in this event. One of which is Splendor Stones, with multiple ways to get them:

Apart from Splendor Stones, there’s also the:

Cross-Server Assistance Carnival

What this means is the calculation of total Assistance Points across servers. When the total Assistance Points reaches the stated amount, players can share the corresponding rewards. Also, the fireball lights up when a target is achieved. Just don’t forget to click it to receive prizes.

Speaking of prizes, here are the deets:

Personal Assistant Goals

Apart from the Cross Server Assistance Carnival, there are also Personal Assistance Goals, with rewards available once the target is hit.

SEAGM Hitpoint Discount

We’ve been having some serious, mega Hitpoint discounts for two weeks now, and in case you were living under a rock:

Buy Discounted Hitpoints on SEAGM

So if you were looking for cheap Eudemons and Conquer Online currency, look no further than SEAGM’s HitPoints mega discount! We have cheap HitPoints for your favorite Netdragon Websoft games such as Eudemons Online, Conquer Online and even Heroes Evolved.

What’s New in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Season 19 – MLBB S19

by Yong Chi Winn 11/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Season 19 didn’t have the strong start we wanted. Fortunately, here we are two weeks later with some interesting updates to share with everyone. Interested to know some of the sweet updates, deals, and even the new Hero Season 19 offers? Let’s take a look at what’s new for MLBB Season 19.

Mobile Legends Deal of Season 19: Zilong

Recharge any amount from as low as 84 Sen Malaysia from SEAGM and redeem one out of three FREE HEROES worth 600 Diamonds. All you need to do is select your desired denomination from the site and input your User and Zone ID. Check out, and you should instantaneously receive your MLBB Diamonds as well as be able to redeem either Freya, Chang’e or Moskov for free!

mlbb season 19

We suggest you go for a 50 Diamond recharge, as something all MLBB fans look forward to each season is the first recharge rewards. This season, players can get Zilong’s Loyal Spear skin for only 50 Diamonds as their First Recharge Reward. Also thrown in the rewards pool include an avatar border and Rename Card, which you get for free if you recharge three times.

Mobile Legends Season 19 Fixes Ranked

Ranked Matchmaking may have been infuriating for some people. While it isn’t the worst for a mobile MOBA title, it certainly could be better. The Moonton development team has been working hard the past six months to bring a better Ranked experience for its 75 million active players.

Here’s a brief summary of the changes:

  • Adjusted the weight of recent performance in ELO rating, which reduces the rank difference between the highest and lowest rank of players within a match as well as increases the rate of high-quality matches.
  • Adjusted the rate of rank in ELO rating. This tweak significantly reduced the rank difference that occurs in matches and virtually removes the chance of matches having players with a 2-rank difference.
  • New algorithm on ranked matchmaking. Matchmaking should now occur faster with the same if not better accuracy.
  • Team-Up matchmaking rules optimization. The overall pre-made team type difference rate of matchups should be 0.
  • New matchmaking algorithm in classic mode.

New Hero – Paquito

The new Fighter hero Paquito is coming soon! “The Heavenly Fist” Paquito has outstanding mobility and the ability to enhance skills, which enable him to utilize various skill combos to outplay the opponents no matter in solo combats or team fights.

With the release of the new hero Paquito, his skin Death Blow will also be available to purchase for 269 Diamonds. The Launch week should have a 30% OFF offer. Available 15th January, 2021.

MLBB Patch 1.5.46

A number of balancing changes have been implemented in this latest patch. You can read a full list of details here, but here’s a list of adjusted heroes if you want to save time:

  • Brody – BUFFED
  • Carmilla – BUFFED
  • Mathilda – ADJUSTED
  • Jawhead – ADJUSTED
  • Lancelot – ADJUSTED
  • Paquito – ADJUSTED
  • Ling – NERFED
  • Lapu-Lapu – NERFED

We can expect a lot more to happen in the coming weeks, especially with all the hype surrounding the upcoming M2 tournament to be held in Singapore. For more on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, keep tuned to SEAGM News!

Yoodo Gank says goodbye to Naoki, Din Jumper, and Fredo Samoeon

With the sudden announcement of Naoki, Jumper, and Fredo’s departure, this leaves Manparang, Draxx, and coach Agus ‘Hahagus’ Amran as current mainstays. Naoki, Jumper, and Fredo have all had some memorable moments while in Yoodo Gank, and we’re sure there will be more made when their new lineup is announced.

But a bigger question lies ahead here. WHO will be filling the shoes of those that left? Only time will tell, but until then, keep your eyes peeled here on SEAGM News as we’ll deliver the scoop the moment our ears set on a confirmed / verified word.

Until then, why not get yourself some discounted PUBG Mobile UC’s on SEAGM? Season 17 is almost here. PlayStation Network PSN Sales: Save up to 80%!

by Yong Chi Winn 08/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Riding on the PlayStation Network (PSN) Holiday Sale which until 31st Jan 2021, Sony recently announced more titles being added into the sale. And we’ve selected and rounded up a few hits that you can’t miss out on. Trust us, you don’t want to miss out on these titles, especially with their shiny new discounted price tags.

PlayStation Network PSN Sale

The PSN sale actually started last month, under the pretense of a “Holiday Sale”. It offered a ton of AAA titles like Ghost of Tsushima, Final Fantasy VII: Remake and  much more at a fraction of its original price tag. What Sony DID NOT mention though, was the removal of all these games from the sale.

With the newly added games under the sale, old one like the titles mentioned above were replaced with new titles. Before you get all stressed up about missing out on one of the BEST games of 2020 (Ghost of Tsushima), fret not! The new list include a ton of great games as well. We’ve got our best three picks below:

Immortals: Fenyx Rising

First up, is a new title (that’s right, NEW). Launched on December 2020, the game was originally known as Gods and Monsters, but changed it’s name to Immortals: Fenyx Rising towards its release. Immortals is an action-adventure game played from a third-person perspective, and features gameplay which is similar to popular titles like Genshin Impact, and Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Explore the beautiful open world lands, or soar the skies with the wings of Daedalus while you meet familiar characters from Greek Mythology. Or in this case, FIGHT them. It’s a pretty long game, with a good story, so settle in and enjoy it for only RM 174.30 (USD 43.23) for the Standard Edition and RM 223.30 (USD 55.13) for the Gold Edition right now.

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V)

Old is gold, and GTA V is very much the epitome of the phrase. It’s an old game, being launched back in late 2013, but is still very much relevant with so much content and custom servers catering to the game. It’s hard to ignore this game, likewise with its discounted price tag. GTA V’s sale price is only RM90.80 (USD 22.52), so if you don’t have this game in your library yet, it’s time to catch up with what you’ve missed out on all these years.

Monster Hunter World

Capcom’s very own Monster Hunter finds itself as one of our picks, and it’s no surprise why. It’s basically everyone’s favourite Pocket Monster game, albeit in a grown up fashion. Who are we kidding, it’s not. But it shares a similar philosophy as Pokemon, being hunting down monsters and trapping / killing them. The game is currently priced at only RM66.00 (USD 16.37), but that’s not the main cake though:

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne

THIS is what’s awesome. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is an expansion pack, and brings along a ton of new content to boot. It introduces new monsters, new gameplay mechanics, and a new story on top of its base game, and takes players through a frosty world that requires you to constantly keep warm through its many ways. The expansion costs RM 125.25 (USD 31.06) for the Master Edition, and RM 155.25 (USD 38.50) for the Digital Deluxe version.

There you have it folks! And before we forget, SEAGM has PSN Cards for sale. So head on there, and get these games now before the PSN sale ends! Stay safe!

SCAM ALERT: Do not fall for this new Scam Tactic!

by Yong Chi Winn 07/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

It’s a brand new year, and scammers are still on the horizon. Take today’s situation for example, which features a new scam tactic. Before we move ahead, let us first clarify that SEAGM takes every scam very seriously.

New Scam Tactic

Today’s case happened to one of our very own customers. It involved the clicking of fake links, in other words, phishing / scam links.

  • The scammer sends the fake link to the victims either through SMS, or social media accounts, under the identity of an “official bank” sender
  • The message may state that “Your bank account will be terminated on XX/XX/XX. Please login via xxx.xxx.xxx to keep using our services
  • Once the victim clicks the link, the scammer will have access to the victims account, and therefore make a transaction through the victims account

In this case, our customer clicked the link, which therefore led to the scammer using his bank account to purchase products from SEAGM. The victim followed the advice to reactivate his account, including putting in his TAC number, subsequently confirming the purchase.

If you, or someone you know receives an SMS / unverified social  media message that’s similar to the victim, please DO NOT click on it. If the link has been accessed, do lodge a police report regarding the incident.

Here at SEAGM, we are always on the lookout for things new scam tactics like these. We share them as much as we can so that no one else falls prey to them. Apart from always being wary before clicking any suspicious links,

SEA Gamer Mall will not be responsible for any of the scams. Should you, our valued customers find yourself in doubt about any particular sites that carry the SEAGM logo, name, or any of our identification visuals and / or text(s), please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via our 24/7 live chat on SEAGM’s official website.

Super Mecha Champions is when PUBG Mobile meets Hot Anime Waifus and Robots

by Yong Chi Winn 06/01/2021
written by Yong Chi Winn

Super Mecha Champions is a battle royal game with the addition of hot anime waifus and menacingly powerful robots. Survive in a swarm of 100 players in a squad or solo. Choose your manga-styled representative and loot exotic futuristic weapons scattered throughout Alpha City. In Super Mecha Champion, you duke it out for freedom, salvation and glory.

What is Super Mecha Champions?

Super Mecha Champion starts out like most other Battle Royales. You drop in, loot weapons and gear, and eliminate other players as you navigate the map to avoid the impending storm enclosure. What differentiates it from your run-of-the-mill Battle Royale, however, are the characters and features.

Most notably, the ability to summon a high profile Mecha to turn the tides of battle.

SMC features a unique roster of characters for you to choose from. In addition to each character being voiced by a high-profile “Seiyu”, these characters also have unique gameplay attributes- or at least, their “Mechas” do.

You start the game off by choosing between Ning or Rom as your first character. Kit wise, they are pretty much the same and only differ in terms of Seiyuu. They do have different default Mechas that have different abilities, but it isn’t a huge factor as you can unlock Mechas easily as you play more games. Ning pilots the Firefox

Most BRs would give you two primary weapon slots and a pistol sidearm to eliminate the remaining 99 players. Super Mecha Champions, however, allows for three primary weapons as well as your default SMGs. The weapon types of SMC are also vastly different compared to the traditional BR. While games like PUBG Mobile and Free Fire focus on realistic weapons like AK assault rifles and P90 SMGs, SMC features a futuristic and unique take on the conventual weapon categories. For example, they have a flamethrower shaped after a guitar, a grenade launcher that fires spider drones before blowing up, and cool modern designs for Assault Rifles and other standard weapon types.

Recruit Mechas and Characters

Like many other Mobile games, Super Mecha Champions has a progression system revolved around ranking and unlocking content. There is a daily, weekly, and seasonal reward system for players to indulge in for chasing their top-tier waifu or husbando. Or, if you can’t bear with the grind, you can just purchase cheap crystals from SEAGM to instantly unlock your desired characters.

Additionally, players can also grind to unlock Mechas, which have unique traits and abilities. For example, Rom’s default Mecha has a sword that can deal fast and heavy damage to enemies, while Ning’s Firefox can fire a barrage of missiles that obliterates foes but needs a longer recharge period. There are more mechas and characters aside from these two for you to unlock, and will continue to be more with updates.

Smaller Map, But More Verticality

One thing you’ll notice about Super Mecha Champions is that its map pales in comparison to its BR competitors. Where it lacks in size, however, it makes up with the verticality of its areas. Each segment has towering buildings that players can climb for vantage points or to avoid danger. This gives the smaller map of SMC an added need for game sense, giving even veteran mobile BR players a challenge.

You can fight anywhere, from an elevated highway to underwater in the city’s canals!

Interested in Super Mecha Champions high-octane, high-mobility combat action? You can download it for free on Google Play or the App Store right now!

Free Fire Season 32 Elite Pass Details

Season 32 of Garena’s Free Fire will revolve around a supernatural concept. The Season 32 Elite Pass is aptly named the Spectre Squad Elite Pass, and dons a purplish, technological theme to combat the ghoulish specters that plague the world.

It’s not all ghoulish horrors, as the theme is also techno-punk with hyper-stylized outfits and character skins. It’s even got a dash of fictional political drama in it. According to Gamepress, Season 32 takes place in the “not-too-distant future in a world where specters exist, some of which have turned to evil. As a result, many countries have secretly started to hire their own specter squad with their own advanced technologies and intimidating ghost-themed outfits.”

Hop on it and get your share of Free Fire Diamonds now! For more on Garena’s Free Fire, tune into SEAGM News.

2020 has been quite a storm, and just like a storm, it came, and went so quick. A lot has happened, but apart from the whole Covid-19 charade, the gaming industry bloomed, and continues to bloom even today. Speaking of today, we’ve got the gaming industry’s year in numbers, and it’s definitely an exciting one! Here are the Best Selling and Most Popular Games for 2020!

The Best Selling Games for 2020

It’s hard to pinpoint and define what exactly determines a “best selling game” especially in 2020 where we saw great titles being launched. But thanks to gamesindustry.biz, we all have a clear and detailed view at what gamers were after. Starting with 2020’s best selling;

*Clearly, the Englishmen still love their football (or soccer as they call it in some countries).

Console Games (Japan)

Google however tells an entirely different story, with the top 4 spots going to Among us, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Valorant, and Genshin Impact. Most watched games on Youtube; Minecraft, Roblox, Garena Free Fire, GTA V and of course Fortnite.

Of course, not forgetting write-ups on games, where Fortnite takes the cake, followed by Cyberpunk 2077, and The Last Of Us: Part 2. The list also included Metacritic’s highest and lowest rated games for 2020. If you’re wondering, it was Persona 5 Royal (Highest), and Tiny Racer (Lowest).

Mobile Gaming Market

The mobile gaming market is an entirely different landscape altogether. We’re all familiar with our favourite Battle Royale titles, but you’d be surprised to see some “unlikely” titles being listed as one of the games with the best downloads. (**AHEM** Subway Surfers)

Surprised to see Garena Free Fire as the new top dog of Battle Royale? Well, with its recent collaboration with football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, and coming collaboration with One Punch Man, it’s no surprise that Free Fire is the game with the best numbers when it comes to worldwide downloads.
