This just in… The Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition now LIVE!
Back in December of 2019, the first ever Game Festival on Steam took place. It gave all of us gamers a first look into a whole list of games. Well, it’s back, and this time, it’s BIGGER; more than 40 games being featured!
Given the current situation, The Steam Game Festival sheds light, moreso for small creators, giving them a chance to show off their in-progress projects with downloadable demos. Fitting, due to the absence of the official Game Developers Conference (GDC) and E3 as well.
Anyways, enough of the mishmash, so what can we expect? Are there any titles that we should be looking forward to? Rhythm action games? Firefighting? Action RPG’s? Well, the answer is YES:

Klang 2
No, not Klang Malaysia. Klang 2 is a neon esque inspired, psychedelic rhythm-action game, blindly pursuing full immersion with dance music through high-speed combat.

Embr
FPS meets Firefighting. No seriously. And honestly, from what we’ve seen, it looks gorgeous. Play alone, or with up to four of your friends (or strangers!)

Haven
An adventure RPG about everyday love and rebelling against the rules in a forgotten planet. Survive together, glide over the plains, camp, restore the planet, fight if you have to. All that matters is to stay together.

Coffee Talk
Coffee Talk is a coffee brewing and heart-to-heart talking simulator about listening to fantasy-inspired modern peoples’ problems, and helping them by serving up a warm drink or two.

Jay and Silent Bob: Mall Brawl
Throwback! 8-Bit gaming is alive and well! Try this side scrolling brawler solo or with a friend. Pummel enemies with hard-hitting combos, dash attacks, and elbow drops as well as a random assortment of weapons as you battle your way out of the mall and back to the Quickstop.

Sons of Ra
Sons of Ra is the award-winning competitive tower defense game by indie studio Pharaoh Hound Games. As the title hints, the game setting is based in Ancient Egypt, and you can play solo or join your friends in this unique strategic experience.
Those just six examples of what is available. We’re going to say it again, there are more than 40 games that are available to try! So go ahead and give it a shot, and let us know what your favorite pick is!
Oh! And while you’re at it, we’ve also got STEAM Wallet Codes available, even during these trying times. Our SEAGM Crew has got you covered… remotely!
