Razer Collabs with Pokémon and Doraemon for their Latest Collection
Pokémon and Doraemon fans rejoice! The previously China-exclusive product is now available for worldwide purchase. The RAZER X Pokémon collaboration features a mouse, mousepad and keyboard bundle as well as true wireless earbuds. The RAZER X Doraemon collaboration celebrates the series 50th anniversary and features two sets of mice with mousepads, gaming keyboard and a gaming headset. Take a look at the breakdown below.
RAZER x Pokémon features Pikachu in all its Yellow Glory
The above set will set you back US$250, and will come with the following:
- Pikachu-custom RAZER Ornata Mecha-Membrane keyboard, including a Pikachu-engraved magnet-detachable palmrest.
- Ergonomic RAZER DeathAdder gaming mouse with two programmable function buttons.
- The cutest Pikachu themed mousepad liscensed by Nintendo
The keyboard features special Pokeball Keycaps for the escape key and lightning insignia for the arrow keys. It replaces the keyboard and mouse’s usual green LED-backlight with yellow.
Not willing to spend a quarter grand on the whole set? You can get the keyboard alone for US$150. Bear in mind that this is the non-chroma (non-RGB) version of the Ornata. The standard version retails at US$99.
Have your very own Pikachu assistant
Additionally, the Razer Pokémon collaboration also features true wireless Hammerhead earbuds. In addition to its striking Pikachu-yellow glossy finish, it comes complete with a Pikachu-orientated assistant. They last around three hours individually and last up to 16 hours with the charging case.
It matches the gaming-industry standard latency test with a low 60ms input latency. It also has an IPX4 level water resistance, ensuring your buds won’t be damage by sweat or light rain. The RAZER X Pokémon true wireless earbuds retails at US$239.
RAZER Celebrates 50 Years of Doraemon with this Peripheral Lineup
The RAZER X Doraemon lineup is a bit different. There are two mouse-pad sets to choose from, a custom tournament gaming keyboard and a RAZER KRAKEN gaming headset. The mice for both sets are the ultra-light RAZER Viper Mini. The 58 gram mouse comes with six programmable Hyperesponse buttons as well as a 1.8 meter cable. It is also comes equipped with RGB lighting. Choose from either the blue-themed Classic variant or the pink-themed Love variant. Both come with a unique mousepad and will set you back US$120 each.
Buttons for Every Occassion
The Doraemon edition keyboard is a custom-themed BlackWidow Tournament edition gaming keyboard. It has Razer Synapse enabled so you can set your favorite macros for your favorite competitive games. It’s slightly lighter than the Ornata, shaving off ~100 grams with a lack of a number pad. It’s colorful however, and some would argue looks better than the Pikachu Ornata.
The RAZER x Doraemon 50th Anniversary BlackWidow x Tournament Gaming Keyboard will cost you US$180.
Get comfy with Doraemon’s RAZER KRAKEN
This gaming headset is insanely popular on its own. In fact, SEAGM has hosted giveaways for this particular model several times. Coming in at a light 250 grams with comfortable ear cushions that provide excellent sound isolation, the RAZER KRAKEN is a popular gaming headset choice amongst gamers.
This Doraemon edition comes in a beautiful blue palette with cute Doraemon designs around the earpiece and strap.
