We mentioned two modes which will be coming soon to PUBG Mobile, in the PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update post a couple of weeks ago, Evoground – Bluehole mode, and Jungle Adventure. Following up on that, we now have a date for “Jungle Adventure”, and a proper name!

*Updated* 9th june 2020 – So it seems that the Mysterious Jungle Mode has been removed recently. If you managed to try it, what were your thoughts? Do share below and let us know.

So what is “Jungle Adventure” called now? It is now officially called “Mysterious Jungle”, and is scheduled to be released publicly on June 1st. This, according to posts on the official PUBG Mobile Facebook Page, and Twitter account.

What is the “Mysterious Jungle” Mode?

Based on what we’ve found, Mysterious Jungle is a new mode that will be introduced to the Sanhok map. In other words, players will be able to explore a jungle, and participate in a couple of activities, some of which might be pretty rewarding, in the form of new treasure?

Ancient Totems that that allow players to invoke “Special Powers”, granting either items, or a “blessing”.

Jungle Food

Fruits and food found in the wild, consuming them may therefore grant “Mysterious Effects” like “Mini-map will display the location of Air Drops” (based on the video).

Hot air Balloon

Yes, A. HOT. AIR. BALLOON. Players will get to control a Hot Air Balloon, allowing them to survey the battlefield from a bird’s eye point of view.

In conclusion, these were all based on footages and reports from weeks ago, on the beta server. Either way, what do you think? Will we be seeing Totem’s, Jungle Food, and Hot Air Balloons? If you ask us, we’re pretty excited to experience it when it arrives on June 1st 2020.
