Pokémon Unite is finally out! The highly talked about multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) style Pokémon game is like Mobile Legends, but with your favourite Pokémon – including Charizard, Snorlax, Machamp, Lucario and more!

The game is now available on the Nintendo Switch and it’s Free To Play! Moreover, it’ll be on Android and iOS this coming September.

Like most MOBA games, Pokémon Unite brings a 5-on-5 team battle to the arena. In a normal Pokémon game, you would catch, train and battle different types of pocket monster, but not this time. Now you get to play in a team and each team will battle it out to gain points. The team with the most points in a game wins.

Thus far, the game has 19 Pokémon in its roster and more than 15 types of Held items that can improve a Pokémon’s ability.

When it’s released on mobile, Pokémon Unite will allow cross-platform play between the Switch console and mobile devices.
