New month, new games!

May is ending, June is upon us and this means new games to look forward to! Here’s a list of games you can look forward to in the coming month:

Tekken 7

Release Date: 2nd June
Platform: Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One
The feature of this will be the single-player story mode that keeps you immerse in the game with a seamless transition between cinematic movies to all-out gameplay. If you’re playing it on the Xbox One, you get a free, backward-compatible copy of Tekken 6 for Xbox 360 and as for PlayStation 4 players, exclusive costumes and a jukebox mode. The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind

Release Date: 6th June
Platform: Mac, Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One
This expansion recreates Vvardenfell for players to explore. Return to Morrowind and save Vivec City by stopping a meteor from crashing into it. Become a warden and harness the nature-based magic of this all-new class and fight along side your War Bear and if PVE doesn’t interest you, try out PVP with the 4v4v4 arena-styled battle in Ashland. Either way , it’s something new for everyone.

Dark Rose Valkyrie

Platform: PlayStation 4
Set in an alternate 1920s universe, Dark Rose Valkyrie offers a part role-playing and part visual novel experience for players to experience dealing with the Chimera Virus threat that has been unleashed by a meteor strike. The virus turns people into inhuman monsters called Chimera and as a part of the Special Force Valkyrie your task is to eliminate the threat. Wipeout Omega Collection

Platform: PlayStation 4
The futuristic racing series of three decades is getting a collecting that will included Wipeout HD, Wipeout HD Fury and Wipeout 2048. Hope into your hovercraft and get racing – now in 4k and PS4-enchanced.  Check out the announcement trailer here.

Dirt 4

Release Date: 9th June
Platform: Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Dating back to 1999, Codemasters’ off-road racing series is getting a new addition. Dirt 4 will feature new off-road vehicles and tracks. Here’s the trailer.

Platform: Nintendo Switch
Ever since people got over the novelty of motion controls with Wii Sport, no game has come close to giving that experience to players up until now. Arms is a revolutionary new sport where elite athletes use awesome extendable arms to fight and as far as it goes, this title has been deemed the most promising title for the Switch. At launch, the game will include free fighters and stages. Check out 23 minute of gameplay here.

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood

Platform: Mac, Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One
There’s a whole lot for players of FFXIV to look forward to in Stormblood. The second expansion after Heavensward will see a raise in level cap from 60 to 70 and with new levels, come new skills. Last week, a video showcasing the new job actions was released featuring the all-new class UI. The expansion will also introduce an eastern-themed housing district named Shirogane, a two new city state Doma and Ala Mhigo, and of course a whole new world – underwater exploration and swimming plus a whole lot more. For early access, pre-order the game and start playing 5 days earlier!

God Wars Future Past

Platform: PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita
A tactical role-playing game set in Japan based on the book Kojiki, the country’s oldest historical record. Jump into a world where the lives of the Gods and the people are interwoven and experience the conflict between Prince Momotaru and Prince Ookuninushi.  Unravel the story of a young princess who defies her fate as a ritual sacrifice to set out on a journey to find her mother . Ever Oasis

Platform: Nintendo 3DS
From the developer of The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes, Grezzo, comes an all-new Nintendo original role-playing game set in a desert. As the hero or heroine of the game , you’re also the chief of the village. Defend your Oasis and protect it against Chaos. Explore dungeons and solve puzzle while simultaneously building up your village. Check out the trailer here.

Dead by Daylight

Release date: 27th June
Platform: PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Basically, kill your friends or get killed by your friend. Dead by Daylight lets you play as either the survivor or the killer in this one-versus-many horror survival. Check out their YouTube channel with lots of insight to the game’s development from the developers.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy

Platform: PlayStation 4
The game of everyone’s childhood has finally been remastered in the form of a collection. The trilogy will include the first three Crash games: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Wrapped. With new lighting, animations, 4k-enchanced cinematic for the PS4 Pro and remastered soundtrack plus full analog stick support, our childhood friend is getting a brand new look. Here’s a quick gameplay footage you can check out.
