SEAGM values customer’s opinion. Therefore, the importance of prioritizing customer feedback and ensuring they feel heard is pivotal. In this regard, SEAGM has launched its own customer centric campaign.

Your Opinions Matter

“Your Opinions Matter” is the chosen tagline in pursuit of championing this campaign. Conversely, customers can rest assure knowing that they can share their feedback and feel heard. Hence, the sub-tagline in accordance to the main tagline is, “Feedback & Win SEAGM Credits worth up to RM1,500”.

To this end, SEAGM has prepared a customer survey link for customers to share their feedback.

Complete survey and win SEAGM Credits

Customers can now share their opinion by only spending 5 minutes to complete the SEAGM survey form. Also, by completing this form, they will stand a chance to win SEAGM credits worth RM 100. Accordingly, the survey link can be found here: Customer Feedback.

Additionally, the remaining prizes and giveaways are as below:

  • Grand Prizes – SEAGM Credits worth RM100 x 5 Winners
  • Consolation Prizes – SEAGM Credits worth RM20 x 50 Winners
  • Giveaway Terms & Conditions: SEAGM will randomly pick a total of 55 eligible lucky respondents.

Additionally, the eligible lucky respondent refers to customers who submitted the complete survey by 31 March 2022.

Winners announcement

Finally, SEAGM will announce the lucky winners through its Facebook post by 8th April, 2022. Afterwards, the winners will receive an email on the same.  Of course, the winners should provide their SEAGM ID by replying to the same email before 13th April 2022 to avail their prize.

Moreover, the SEAGM credits will be credited into the winner’s account by 20th April 2022. Notwithstanding, it is important to note that SEAGM reserves the right to make further changes to the terms without prior notice if necessary. Additionally, SEAGM shall not be liable for any losses or damages which occur during the prize redemption/delivery process.
