Persona on Frontline: NIKKE’s Massive New Crossover Event
The world of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is about to collide with Persona in one of its biggest crossover events yet. Persona on Frontline: NIKKE’s latest collaboration brings characters, story content, costumes, mini games, cooperative battles, and plenty of rewards inspired by Persona 3 Reload, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal.
The major collaboration begins after the August 13, 2026 maintenance and runs until September 10, 2026. Here is everything Commanders need to know.
Persona on Frontline: NIKKE’s New Characters
The collaboration introduces three playable characters from the Persona universe, including two SSR Nikkes and one SR character.
SSR Queen Makoto Niijima
Makoto Niijima joins NIKKE as Queen, the brains of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.
She is an Attacker using the Iron Verdict SG weapon and has the Fire Code. Her abilities focus on increasing her offensive power, while her Burst Skill strengthens her attacking capabilities and damages multiple enemies.
Queen will be available through Limited Time Recruitment from the end of the August 13 maintenance until September 10 at 4:59:59 UTC+9.
Players have a 2 percent chance of obtaining Queen when recruiting an SSR through the Limited Time Recruitment system. Gold Mileage Tickets can also be earned through recruitment, with 200 tickets exchangeable for Queen.
SSR Yukiko Amagi
Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4 Golden also enters the battlefield as an Attacker.
She uses the Crimson Bloom MG and has the Fire Code. Unlike a purely offensive character, Yukiko can heal allies while improving her own attacking capabilities. Her Burst Skill further enhances her attacking and healing abilities while dealing damage to multiple enemies.
Yukiko’s Limited Time Recruitment begins August 20 at 5:00 UTC+9 and ends September 10 at 4:59:59 UTC+9.
SR Aigis
Aigis from Persona 3 Reload joins the collaboration as an SR Supporter.
She uses Built in Firearms SMG and has the Iron Code. Her role focuses on strengthening allies, while her Burst Skill can deal damage to multiple enemies.
Unlike Queen and Yukiko, Aigis can be obtained through the PERSONA ON FRONTLINE collaboration event.
A Massive Collaboration Story
The central event begins with unexplained loss of consciousness incidents spreading across the Ark, alongside the appearance of mysterious D Waves.
While investigating these incidents, the team encounters individuals capable of wielding a power known as a Persona.
The PERSONA ON FRONTLINE event map lets players explore different areas, collect Gems and development materials, discover Lost Relics, and work toward obtaining SR Aigis.
STORY I becomes available after the August 13 maintenance, while STORY II opens on August 20 at 5:00 UTC+9. Both parts provide Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials.
There is also a Challenge Stage featuring difficult boss encounters for additional development materials.
Team Up Against Gatekeeper
The collaboration also introduces the PERSONA ON FRONTLINE Special Coordinated Operation.
Five Commanders can form a team to battle Gatekeeper. Players can team up with friends or Union members, or use automatic matching to find teammates.
The operation takes place across three weekends:
• August 14 to August 16
• August 21 to August 23
• August 28 to August 30
Defeating Gatekeeper rewards Broken Cores, which can be exchanged for Gems and development materials in the Recycling Shop.
More Persona Themed Content
The collaboration goes beyond new characters and story stages.
The Midnight Phantom Runner mini game challenges players to run through an endless corridor, avoid enemies, collect items, and achieve the highest possible score.
Players can also unlock several limited costumes, including Queen’s Pajamas for Makoto Niijima and Winter Roomwear for Yukiko Amagi.
Queen can also obtain the Shujin Academy Student Council President costume through PERSONA ON FRONTLINE Achievement missions, while Yukiko can obtain her Amagi Inn Kimono costume through the same system.
Phantom also receives the limited Saint Thief costume through Costume Gacha.
With two SSR characters arriving through Limited Time Recruitment, Commanders who want to collect the collaboration lineup should prepare their recruitment resources before the event begins.

More Events and Rewards
PERSONA ON FRONTLINE also includes a 14 Days Login Event called Phantom Thieves’ Calling Card. Logging in for 14 days allows players to claim rewards including SR Aigis, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and development materials.
Weekend FULL BURST DAY events will also provide additional rewards from Interception and Simulation Room on August 15, August 22, and August 29.
Beyond the collaboration, the update adds Campaign Chapters 47 and 48, Lost Sector Sector 29 and EX 17, new Tribe Tower floors, a new Harmony Cube, and an increased Outpost Defense maximum level of 800.
Solo Raid Season 40 also begins August 20 and features a Wind Code boss with a Fire Code weakness.
When Does Persona on Frontline Start?
The PERSONA ON FRONTLINE collaboration begins after the August 13, 2026 maintenance and ends September 10, 2026 at 4:59:59 UTC+9.
The maintenance is scheduled from 00:00 to 7:00 UTC+9 on August 13, although the actual duration may vary. Mobile players should also note that the update requires at least 19GB of available storage, while new Commanders require 22GB.
For PC players, the latest client update can be installed by selecting Launch in the launcher.
