Q: Tell us about yourself
A: My name is Deong Pei Pei, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and I am currently an Account Executive in SEAGM. Apart from my profession as an Account Executive, I love gardening. Gardening is a passion of mine that brings me immense joy and satisfaction. I find great fulfillment in gardening and it serves as a source of relaxation and stress relief as well.
Q: How and when did you start your career with SEAGM?
A: I joined SEAGM in January 2015, driven by my brother’s recommendation to explore opportunities within the company. After successfully completing my Bachelor studies, I had the privilege of being a member of SEAGM team for the past eight years. I take great pride in my contributions thus far and remain enthusiastic about making further positive contributions to SEAGM’s ongoing success in the future.
Q: As you approach your 8th year of service with SEAGM, what specific factors that have contributed to your long-term commitment?
A: An essential factor that has influenced my long-term commitment to SEAGM is its exceptional work environment which is characterized by a culture of positivity, support, open communication, collaboration, and respect from the team members. I strongly believe that when employees feel heard, valued, supported, it will automatically foster a sense of loyalty and dedication to the company.
Furthermore, SEAGM’s commitment to providing excellent benefits to its employees has significantly contributed to my loyalty to the company.
