Q: How did you manage to start working at SEAGM?
A: I joined SEAGM because of a friend’s recommendation. After attending two interviews, I ultimately joined the Card Department as a Purchaser. During that time, my daily responsibilities was to purchase game cards. I am grateful to my colleagues for their coaching and guidance that makes me gradually gain a better understanding of the company and its operations.
Q: What motivated you to stay with the company for such a long period of time?
A: SEAGM creates a sense of belonging and makes me feel like a big family. Despite our diverse roles and positions, we consistently demonstrate a willingness to support and care for one another whenever challenges arise. This collaborative and nurturing environment fosters a strong sense of unity within the company.
Q: How has your role evolved since you first joined the company, and what are the opportunities for growth and development have you experienced?
A: When I initially joined the company, I started as a Purchaser. Since then, as our department has grown from a small team to its present size, I have come to realize that there is an abundance of knowledge for me to acquire. I recognize the need to continually enhance my understanding and expertise in all areas related to my role.

Q: Can you share a memorable experience that you had while working in SEAGM?
A: What makes my experience truly memorable is the first time I took part in our company’s team-building event, which involved boating activities. Despite feeling apprehensive, I mustered up the courage and convinced myself that I could overcome any challenges. Throughout the entire event, I thoroughly enjoyed the activities. However, to my surprise towards the end, my colleagues playfully capsized my boat, causing me to take an unexpected plunge into the water. This was my memorable and funny experience in SEAGM.
Q: How has the company supported your work-life balance and overall well-being throughout your long service?
A: I am grateful to the company for offering a range of benefits to all employees. These include opportunities for training and learning within the workplace, as well as allowances that we can share with our family members.
