Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for 30 days, from 13 August 2026  to 11 September 2026.
2. This promotion is open to new and existing SEAGM users.
3. Purchasing a NetEasePay Gift Card on SEAGM is the first step to joining the lucky draw. To qualify for an entry, users simply need to redeem the gift card and complete an eligible Marvel Rivals top-up in accordance with the official event requirements. 
4. Purchasing a NetEasePay Gift Card on SEAGM does not automatically grant a lucky draw entry. Users must redeem the gift card and complete an eligible Marvel Rivals top-up transaction in accordance with the official event requirements.
5. Each eligible Marvel Rivals top-up transaction of 9.99USD or more earns one (1) lucky draw chance only, regardless of the total amount paid or the number of items purchased in that transaction.
6. The Marvel Rivals Lucky Draw Event is organized and administered by NetEase Games and/or Marvel Rivals. Participation, eligibility, lucky draw mechanics, winner selection, prize distribution, prize validity, and reward redemption are subject to the official event rules.
7. The maximum prize is a 99.99USD NetEasePay Gift Card, with an overall winning rate of up to 25%, as stated in the official event rules.
8. Lucky draw results and reward distribution are managed by the event organiser, with winners selected based on the official event terms and conditions. 
9. NetEasePay Gift Cards won from the lucky draw are valid until 31 December 2026. Users are responsible for redeeming their gift card codes before the stated expiry date.
10. Agents, employees, and their friends or family are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
11. SEAGM will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement rebate for:
    – The inability to receive a rebate due to technical issues.
12. SEAGM shall not be responsible for any changes, postponement, suspension, or cancellation of the Marvel Rivals Lucky Draw Event by the event organizer. 
13. SEAGM reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice if necessary. 
14. By participating in this promotion, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
