As we approach the end of the year, SEAGM is embarking on a journey to promote health and well-being among its staff with the SEAGM Feel Good In 3 Weeks initiative. This month-long initiative involves team bonding activities and wellness challenges that aim to enhance the physical and mental well-being of our dedicated team in HQ and KL offices.
To kick start the activities, staff members have been grouped into five teams by our dedicated committees, each led by an appointed team leader. This not only fosters a sense of camaraderie but also provides an opportunity for team members to collaborate and support each other throughout the wellness month.
Week 1: “Get Active Blitz” Week:
The first week is all about getting active and energized. Teams are encouraged to participate in daily exercise sessions organized by the committees at 8:00 am and 8:45 am, accommodating different working hours. For employees who are unable to attend these sessions, they can utilize the SEAGM fitness allowance to engage in physical activities such as gym workouts or sports.

Week 2: “Nourish-It-Yourself” Week
Following the active start, the second week we focused on wellness through nutrition. Teams are engaged in a variety of creative and do-it-yourself (DIY) healthy meals. This week encourages our employees to explore and share their culinary talents while fostering a culture of mindful eating and nutrition awareness.

Week 3: “FitFam United” Week
Get ready for an exciting Week 3 challenge as we shift our focus to promoting togetherness and enhancing overall well-being! In this upcoming week, each team is tasked with organizing one healthy activity, fostering teamwork and emphasizing the importance of collective well-being.
