PUBG Mobile’s Spooky 4.0 Lucky Draw Campaign

Terms & Conditions

1. The “PUBG Mobile Lucky Draw 2025” is organized by SEAGM and is open to both new and existing Global SEAGM users.
2. The lucky draw begins on 19th September 2025, 0000 (GMT+8) until 29th September 2025, 2359 (GMT+8). Any entries received after this time will not be eligible to enter the lucky draw campaign.
3. This lucky draw is open to registered users globally (Subject to change SEAGM’s sole discretion).
4. Only fully paid and completed orders are eligible for lucky draw chances.
5. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be selected by a random computerized process.
6. ONE (1) winner will be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only among all the prizes available in the Lucky Draw.
7. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be announced, and their prizes will be delivered within SEVEN (7) business working days after the Lucky Draw Period ends.
8. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s SEAGM account under the “My Lucky Draw” page.
9. Visit the “My Lucky Draw” page on your SEAGM account to view your rewards and redeem or use them promptly.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. All pictures to illustrate the prizes are for representational purposes only.
11. Prizes are subject to availability. SEAGM shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
12. By entering the Lucky Draw, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 
13. SEAGM reserves the rights to change, postpone, reschedule or extend the Lucky Draw Period at any time without prior notice. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
14. SEAGM reserves the right to verify any entries and any winner. SEAGM may refuse to award the Prize(s) where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. Participants agree that they will comply with all applicable laws when entering the Prize Draw.
15. Agents, employees, and their friends or family are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
16. SEAGM reserves the right to make further changes to these terms without prior notice if necessary.

20% Discount Coupon Terms & Conditions:

1. A total of 30 pieces of 20% discount coupons (capped at 500 credits) will be distributed among 30 winners.
2. ONE (1) coupon is limited to ONE (1) per winner with an eligible completed order.
3. The coupon is eligible for PUBG Mobile UC (Global) Top Up only.
4. The coupon is valid for 20% OFF with a maximum discount value of 500 SEAGM Credits.
5. The coupon is valid for 30 days upon the issued date.
6. The winner can only use the coupon for a one-time purchase only.
7. Unless otherwise stated, the coupon is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. 
8. All coupons are not exchangeable for cash. 
9. SEAGM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of coupons for any reason.
10. SEAGM will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement coupon for:

  • Improper use of, or inability to redeem a coupon.
  • The inability to redeem a coupon due to technical issues
