As part of its 8th Year Anniversary celebrations: PUBG Mobile released Update 4.3, which brings with it a new gamemode, a host of gameplay changes, a new weapon, and more. The update is centered around its Evolving Universe themed gamemode, where players can take part in mini-games and remember nostalgic moments through the newest content.

● Themed Mode Added: Evolving Universe
- The Themed Mode adds Anniversary celebration mini-games and features like Racing Challenge and Musical Rails into the mode’s gameplay.
- The new character skill specialization system lets you create highlights based on your specialty, whether you’re a sharpshooter, master medic, scouting sentinel, stealth hunter, or vehicle expert.
● New UI: Smoother and streamlined
- Refreshed with cleaner layouts & designs
● New Spawn Island layout on Erangel with cleaner layout & declutter
- Spawn Island now features a Gear Trial zone and a Shooting Range for weapons testing!
● New Weapon in Classic Mode: M1 Garand
- Sniper Rifle with built-in melee
- Distinctive “Ping” on reload
- Long-range weapon that combines with close-range combat!
● Players can now carry downed players in and out of vehicles
- Try out new strategies or enjoy increased freedom of action with this new feature!
● S12K & M14 added to Livik & Sandhok
● BRDM-2 Replaced with Tracked Amphicarrier
- Try out the front passenger mounted gun and lay down suppressive fire!
● New Card Collection System: Get a free 3-level upgradable firearm on your first try! Multiple exclusive card series are now available. Collect them all to unlock the gallery!
● WOW 3rd Anniversary: Upgraded incentive system, plus US $10 million prize pool available all year!

– Crazy Chicken Day Event: Rules are the same as in the last version. Available in different regions on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
● IP Collaborations: Major collaborations featuring the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen, renowned band OneRepublic, and top creator MrBeast are coming, kicking off the 8th Anniversary with a grand collaboration party. More excitement is coming to the battlegrounds!
● Mirado now has improved handling / physics
- Now has lower chances of flipping
● Updated weather effects on Erangel – Dusk, Sunny, Overcast
● Smart Assistant Ray upgraded
- Now has more interactions, emotes, and improved text communications!
● Missions & Rewards for Returning Players added (This feature will be added gradually)
● Smart Network Optimisation option added!
- Reduces ping and shooting delay when turned on
