Whose Eligible to Win a Switch 2?

The SEAGM Switch 2 Giveaway is open exclusively to Malaysian residents with a valid Malaysian postal address. Participants must be at least 13 years old; those under 18 are encouraged to involve a parent or legal guardian when entering.

The Grand Prize winner must respond to official communication from the SEAGM Switch 2 Giveaway organiser to claim their prize. Once the winner is announced, SEAGM will request specific details — including a Malaysian shipping address, IC number, email address, and phone number — to facilitate secure delivery.

SEAGM Switch 2 Giveaway – Terms and Condition

1. Organiser

The SEAGM x Switch 2 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by SEA Gamer Mall (“Organiser”).

2. Campaign Period

The Giveaway runs from 15 August 2025 (12:00 PM MYT) to 31 August 2025 (12:00 PM MYT). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• • Open to Malaysian residents aged 13 years and above. Participants aged between 13 and 17 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Giveaway. By entering, it is deemed that such consent has been obtained. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of such consent at any time.

• • Participants must have a valid Malaysian postal address for prize delivery.

• • Employees of SEAGM and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

Incomplete, duplicate, or ineligible entries may be disqualified at SEAGM’s discretion.

5. Prize

• • One (1) unit of Nintendo Switch 2 – Mario Kart World Bundle (Malaysia Set) will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner.

• • One (1) unit of RM200 SEAGM Store Credit will be awarded to the second place winner.

• • Five (5) units of US$20 Nintendo eShop Gift Cards (US) will be awarded to 3rd – 7th place winners.

• • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• • The winner will be announced on SEAGM’s official Instagram within 10 working days after the Giveaway ends.

• • The winner must respond to SEAGM within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and SEAGM reserves the right to select another winner.
  • Usernames, display names, or entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or adult-related terms (including but not limited to references to alcohol, drugs, sex, or hate speech) may be disqualified at the organizer’s discretion.

7. Rights Granted to the Organiser

By participating, entrants agree to:

• • Allow SEAGM to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for announcement and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• • Provide accurate personal details required for prize delivery.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• • SEAGM is not responsible for technical issues, internet disruptions, or unauthorised entries.

• • SEAGM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and binding.
