• This limited-time offer is open globally and is available to all SEAGM users, except India and sanctioned countries as indicated in the Advertiser’s terms and conditions.
• This limited-time offer is only valid for Surfshark STARTER – 2 Months Trial Codes.
• Each code is priced at USD 1.00 and entitles the customer to a 2-month trial of Surfshark VPN.
• Each customer is eligible to purchase one (1) code only.
• Each code can only be redeemed ONCE and is non-transferable.
• The Surfshark trial code will be delivered to the buyer’s SEAGM account and email as a digital product upon successful payment.
• All codes will expire on 1 January 2026 (2026.01.01). If expired, customers may contact SEAGM Support to request for an extension, subject to availability and approval.
• To be eligible to redeem the Surfshark trial code, users must meet the following coupon requirements:
  – Users must not have an active Surfshark subscription, this offer is only eligible for new users
  – Users must not have used Surfshark within the last 3 months.
  – Users must not have used the free trial option in the Surfshark app within the last 3 months.
  – Users must not use the same credit card that was used to claim a Surfshark trial before.
  – Prepaid or virtual cards are not eligible for redemption.
  – Each user/card can only redeem one code.
• Surfshark Coupon Usage Terms:
  – Coupons are only redeemable at https://surfshark.com/ .
  – Coupons can only be used with PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
  – This coupon automatically enrolls the user into a 1-year – Surfshark subscription, unless canceled earlier by the user.
  – Surfshark’s refund policy does not apply to users who redeem codes via coupons.
  – Consumers are responsible for any applicable sales tax.
  – Coupons are void if prohibited or restricted by law.
  – Surfshark has no obligation for the payment of any tax related to coupon use.
• By participating in this limited-time offer, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

• SEAGM and Surfshark reserve the right to cancel or modify the offer, including code availability, at any time without prior notice.
• SEAGM will not be liable for:
  – Codes that are discontinued or cancelled.
  – Improper use of codes, or inability to redeem due to user error.
  – Technical issues that prevent redemption.

• SEAGM and Surfshark reserve the right to suspend or terminate any transactions found to be fraudulent or in violation of the offer terms.
