Ubisoft released a trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, with Xbox availability (no sign of PlayStation availability, or any other console for that matter). A week later, Microsoft teases the Xbox Series X Boot screen. What’s going on here?
If you’ve missed the Assassins Creed: Valhalla trailer, here it is:
Microsoft took the internet by storm with the announcement of the Xbox 20/20 live stream series, a programme which brings monthly Xbox updates, the first of which is called “Inside Xbox”, scheduled to take place on the 7th of May. That’s not all though, Microsoft went ahead and dropped one heck of a tease, the Xbox Series X boot screen!
Along with that, Microsoft also said that it will be giving its first-look at third party Xbox Series X games at the live stream event, which leads us to Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, and according to Ubisoft Nordic, YES we will be seeing the very first Assassin’s Creed Valhalla game play trailer.
Speaking of gameplay, Microsoft also mentioned that it’s a “first-look” at gameplay from their “partners”. Apart from Ubisoft, could we be seeing gameplay of a new Halo title maybe? According to Xbox’s Aaron Greenberg, it will mainly be focusing on third-party games as the teams at Xbox Game Studios are hard at work on big summer plans. So… no, or maybe? Another tease?
Guess we will all be on the edge of our seats then come 7th May right? What other titles will be featured? How many titles will be featured? What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below!
