Berjaya Dragons holds League of Legends tournament sponsored by SEAGM

Malaysia’s own League of Legends team the Berjaya Dragons recently put together a rookie tournament for fans. The “Pride of Malaysia” itself is a newly founded team making their debut in PCS 2020.

Wanting to spice things up during MCO, the esports team backed by Malaysian conglomerate, Berjaya Corporation Berhad, is bringing you MCO Tournament sponsored by SEAGM!

The announcement of the tournament attracted many League of Legends local fans despite the pro scene for the that game being quiet for several years now in Malaysia. However, only the top 32 teams got to compete on air.

Comprising of jersey and Shell giveaways sponsored by SEAGM the live matches began last week on May 7 with the finals happening today on May 12.

The live matches began streaming last week on May 7. Final matches will be happening at 9PM. Besides getting viewers excited on the match itself, they also got to enjoy giveaways. Berjaya Dragons is giving away their jerseys while SEAGM is sponsoring the Garena Shells giveaway.

SEAGM also offer Riot Points and Garena Shells for other regions, by the way.

The initial prize pool was RM 5000 but SEAGM further sweetened the pot, raising it to RM 7200.

Taking down their opponent, Adrian Lee Gogo is the champion for this Berjaya Dragons League of Legends MCO Tournament. They’ll be taking home RM 3000 cash! There’s also the RM 700 worth of Garena Shells as well. First runner up is Avengers alongside the Bronze mastch winner, Dududunga.
