Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum – today, we’re searching for pirate treasure! This was a rather interesting turn of events. Initially, Lara went looking for a tomb, as usual. Instead, she stumbled upon a pirate ship to explore. Getting to this pirate ship is a bit of a hassle since you need to dive and swim pass those annoying Moray eels. Once you reach the pirate ship, that’s where the main puzzle will begin. Here is the San Cordoba guide for Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Getting to San Cordoba

San Cordoba is located within Cenote, just follow the location on the map and you should be fine. You will need to swim to get there – beware of Moray eels.
Main Puzzle
Upon locating the pirate ship, you will need to kick a raft to be able to climb onboard the ship. Simple enough, just kick it and climb on it. On the deck of the ship you will notice a device that will move the large mast with the cannon tied on it. Move it until it is above the main room.

Next we need to swim over to the other half of the ship. Head on up via the ride side of the deck to reach the next part. You will notice another device to move a mast here as well but problem is, it won’t budge. Instead, you will need to jump off the ship from the broken mast and grapple onto the wall. From here on, you will be climbing onto a higher position. Then, rope your way back down and swing towards the upper part of the ship’s mast. You should see a crank on it that you need to pry using your trusty pickaxe.

After that, look up and you will see a ladder – climb it. Upon reaching the top, walk to the left side of the mast and jump towards the ledge. Similar to what we did earlier, we climb, jump, and swing to the next mast. This is just a means of getting back up but at least now we can finally rotate the mast using the device. Rotate it, then jump on it using the box on the left side of the deck. You should then be able to jump onto the hanging box to reach the next mast. Climb on it and you will find another crank to pry. This will drop the cannon and break floor – giving you an entrance to the treasure.

All you need to do now is just fire a roped arrow to make your way down. Grab your well deserved reward – the Caiman’s Breath II skill. This particular skill will lengthen your breath holding, allowing for longer underwater swimming.
