Days Gone release date delayed for two months

Sony’s long-awaited PlayStation 4 third-person zombie action-adventure game, Days Gone, is getting delayed yet again. Days Gone release date was initially scheduled for 2018. It was then delayed to February 2019. But now, it’s been pushed back another two months for an April 2019 release.

Why, why, why the delay?

The developers of Days Gone – Bend Studios extended the release schedule due to February being too crowded with game releases. Some may argue while some may agree. Postponing the launch seems reasonable enough because if not, they would have launched directly along Anthem, Metro Exodus, as well as Crackdown 3.
Even though they are eager to launch Days Gone to the fans, they will be taking this time period to polish the game even further

That is the only information given as to why the game was delayed. We will just have to wait for Days Gone release date of April 2019 for the game then.
