Celebi coming to Pokemon Go!

Niantic will be celebrating the 2nd year anniversary of Pokemon Go with Pikachu. Celebrate this occasion from 6 July until 31 July as more Pikachu and Pichu will appear throughout the game. Also during the month, we will be getting a special “Summer Style” Pikachu which wears a straw hat and a pair of sunglasses.

If this is not enough, for all those Pikachu lovers, Pikachu Fan Avatar items will also be available for purchase. Those trainers with a gold Pikachu Fan Medal will also be able to purchase a T-shirt and Pikachu ears which are all related to Pikachu.
